Terms and Conditions for any Rebates, Incentives & any Assistance

By participating in the relocation assistance incentive offered through OwningYourHouse.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility for Relocation AssistanceTo qualify for assistance of up to $5,000, the buyer or seller must:
Use a trusted network partner associated with OwningYourHouse.com.
Complete a real estate transaction (purchase or sale) through said partner.
Eligibility is determined solely by OwningYourHouse.com and its affiliates, and participation in the program is subject to verification and approval.
2. Amount and DisbursementAny incentive amount is up to $5,000, depending on the value and details of the transaction. Final amounts may vary and are subject to change based on market conditions, partner participation, and geographic location.
Incentives will be disbursed in a manner agreed upon by OwningYourHouse.com and the participant (e.g., closing credit, gift card, direct reimbursement), and only after the successful completion of the transaction.
Cannot be combined with any other offers, rebates, or promotions from OwningYourHouse.com or any affiliate partners.
Only one incentive offer may be applied per transaction.
Offer is valid and applicable in all 50 U.S. states unless otherwise restricted by law.
If applying the relocation assistance incentive interferes with loan terms, underwriting, or lender-specific restrictions, OwningYourHouse.com reserves the right to rescind or modify the offer without penalty or liability.
It is the responsibility of the buyer or seller to notify their lender of any incentives being applied to the transaction. If the assistance conflicts with loan guidelines or rebate limitations, the incentive may be reduced or withheld to maintain compliance.
5. Trusted Network Partner UseUse of a trusted network partner from OwningYourHouse.com is a required condition of eligibility. It is simple and secure to be connected with an eligible agent or professional through our platform.
Participants may not qualify if a transaction is conducted outside of our partner network or retroactively claimed after initiating a transaction with a non-affiliated agent.
